Dee anne, i have several butterfly bushes, and i have found if you keep them
dead headed they will bloom more and longer also som have told me that they
prune them back in the fall,well i don't and mine has gotten a big nice tall
shrub? anyway if you want it to get pretty tall.Don't prune in the fall,mine
had green leaves on it all winter......of course i am in Miss. and we had a
very mild winter here last year that could have something to do with it
staying green.......
