Val,  All my resources list Phygelius as zone 6 or 7.  It probably is an
annual in Connecticut!

Where does one obtain phygelius?  I remember seeing one in an older White
Flower Farm catalog, but they haven't offered it since then.  They were
touting it as being an annual in my zone 6.  Do you all find this to be
true?
