Why is this?   Is this changing?

So, as Claire said, we have good things in both countries: you have the land
and we have plant availability!

Now that Wal-Mart (? sp) have arrived over here, I wonder if this will
happen in the UK?   Our DIY/hardware stores have 'Garden Centres' attached
to them!
