Thanks for the voice of experience. I'm glad to know that it's hardy for
you and prolific too.
Yes, the veronica is the gold-leaved variety. It has done very well and I
really like this one. Doesn't matter that the flowering period is brief
because the foliage stays gorgeous for 12 months of the year, (at least,
it didn't die back last winter at all, the leaves just got goldier. Might
be different in a normal winter though, haven't had it too long). No
pests and even though it's 102 outside today it looks fresh and crisp.
Will look for rooting along the stems. Thanks much.
