Later on, I can post my collection of databases but in the meantime you might
also consider individual seaches. www.alltheweb.com has a multimedia search
which usually yields a picture.
Some catalogs online will have very good information. You have to spend some
time and look around. Some of the smaller companies graciously answer emails.
And, Larry, you may have to (online to say this!) go out and buy a few books.
The American Horticultual A-Z guide is very good. There are also three or
four good perennial guides that are faulted only by not being able to update
yearly. Armitage is one, Ruth Clausen another, there are several more.
And, you can always ask us.
