While I agree that caution is warranted, I think we must avoid the use of
the words "never", "always" and, in this case, "anytime".

I use the words "never" when applying chemicals, I use the word "always" when
considering what I put into the soil. Don, use the word "we" with caution,
because if you are talking about gardeners who take the easy out for weed
control or pest control without regard for the environment you aren't
including me. You and the mouse in your pocket can see it one way but I will
"never" see it from the same point of view.
