Substitute *husband* for wife in that statement and you have my
situation. He can name most of the plants, digs beds, and whatever
else I need help with, but won't cultivate plants. However, we
recently made a large copper trellis/arbor (8ftx3ftx5ft) and I was
pondering aloud about what to have climb over it. He immediately
claimed it for himself and his HOPS for beer making. I guess you just
have to find the *hook* that gets them interested.
