Beetle Mashmania / Beetle fantasy

Have them already?!?  Ours have come and gone...  Usually by June, but the
drought has knocked them back a little.

Really gross things you'll never do twice:  Put the Bag-a-bug in the
microwave because the instructions said to drop them in boiling water and
you thought the microwave would be quicker.

(Fortunately, that wasn't my idea, and this is one case where I really can
learn from someone else's experience.)

My favorite garden fantasy is that I will drown enough beetles so that the
population is reduced so far that they die off because of inbreeding and
genetic weakness.

I have a vivid imagination.
