The bellania is found in books as Ajania with Bellania Bea apparently the cultivar name. I looked at it in Fastsearch images and see that it is on lots of German sites, you must have picked up a hitch hiker. It is a small attractive plant with yellow clusters of fall flowers. They are saying poor soil which probably means not a rich border soil. Also stressed is perfect drainage, an alpine's needs. I have never seen this plant and don't remember hearing it's name. All say very hardy.
I did a little searching myself - I have seen this plant before, but where, when? I may have to find a piece for myself!
