So happy to relate that we here in the Catskill Mountains of NY state
have finally had rain, which started during the night, with a
thunderstorm that never got very close, and continued on for several
hours, not heavy, but steady.
It woke me from sleep, and never was a sound more welcome!
It's still cloudy now about 9:30 a.m. so maybe there's even more to
come.
