Susan,
This beautiful grass is also known as Anemathale lessoniana and is a Great Plant Pick for 2002 (Great Plant Picks is a a program that, on a yearly basis, evaluates and identifies great garden worthy plants for the Pacific Northwest.) They are listing it as 3 feet high, 4 feet across. Hardy USDA 7-9.
Mine isn't that big- first year from a one gallon container- but the color is beautiful.

I realize these were taken in northern California, but the plant looks to be 3-5' tall in the pictures. On line sources says 2 x 2. Has anyone grown this? I'm wondering how big it could get in Oregon or how hardy it is.
