Chris, you are asking the same question I recently posed on another list
regarding parents of a Lychnis hybrid. In that case I found one parent, L.
chalcedonica, but no info on other contributors.
Googling a bit I found that Twombly refers to it as Symphytum grandiflorum
'Hidcote Blue', so I'm guessing S. grandiflorum is one parent. Found
nothing beyond that, but it's a start.
