Forgot to mention,
	Ivy Leaf Hardy cyclamen coming into bloom. Several of the silver
leaf forms are doing very well. hymenocallis, or Spider Lily, coming into
bloom. Tricyrtis beginning to bloom. My favorite delphinium, exaltatum, is
in full bloom and has been since first of July. 
	Leucoseptrum I have been growing for some years now and it is a easy
no-fuss plant. Have the species and the gold variegated. Will have a few of
the gold variegated in stock this fall. Next week... Some in full gallon
size. They are in the process of going up on the web site this week. Bud
now, spends some time with kind of a stage one opening, then all the little
fuzzy stamens pop out in succession on the long slender bud. Like fish
scales opening....
	Do you know Platycrater arguta, another hydrangea relative? We grew
these from seed, looking really nice.
	Mix in lots of humus, mulch well with organic like hardwood fines,
mini chips, give morning light on the Deinanthe.
	Back out to work before the heat builds.

Gene,

   What a fascinating plant!  I wasn't familiar with Leucosceptrum at all.
   Is it one that you're going to carry in your nursery?  How cool that
   it's hardy through zone 5a, too!  How long does it bloom?

   I've been growing Deinanthe for a few years now, but they really don't
   do much here.  They seem to be extremely sensitive to heat and wilt
   frequently (even with water) and I suspect that I may need to move
   them since they haven't grown much.

   And thank you for reminding me -- I need to get some Anemone in my
   yard.  The ones around here are all in full bloom and are gorgeous.
