I love things with silvery foliage, like artemesias, lamb's ears,--but keep
them in big pots or hoops so they don't take over. Another "moundy" plant
I love is a kind of catmint that looks like blue haze on green from a
distance and would probably grow anywhere. It's very restful, and the
stalks with flowers droop artistically in bouquets. Also rue has beautiful
silvery blue foliage, but seems to take forever to grow in my garden. Judy
