Dear Paul Henjum: I enjoyed seeing your list of hostas that do well in
sun, and would like to reprint your list (giving you full credit, with an
accurate citation to Perennials, of course) on the mailing list Alpine-L.
I hope you will say yes.
And, in any case, can you comment on H. 'Gold Standard' and 'Richland
Gold'? I grow these in the sun, but in the past two weeks their leaves
have turned almost pure white (without, however, deteriorating otherwise).
Because Alpine-L emphasizes plants under 12" tall, would you care to mark
the dwarf and miniature cultivars in your list with, say, an asterisk
(*)? Thanks.
