Re: Questions re Pyrethrum & Nepata

This year I added quite alot of nepeta to my beds; six hills giant, N.
siberica, blue wonder and dropmore. The cats have left all of them
alone. Several years ago I put in a dwarf type of nepeta. I wasn't in
the ground one day and the cats had ruined it. I had very reluctant to
put in any other plants because of the cats. Last year I bought some on
sale and wintered them in my vegetable garden. To my surprise and
delight the cats left them alone. This spring I tryed some other
varieties-cats also left them alone. I really like the six hils giant
and am very pleased with the N. siberica (so are the hummingbirds!)
