Well at least I know they grow in clay soil for someone! I'm wondering
if perhaps companion planting might be a problem here - I'm diligent in
my veggie garden about companion planting, but never thought, until now,
to apply it to flowers. Could it be possible that the lupines (poor
shriveled things) are reacting to the plants around them? Lupines are
nitrogen fixers, are they not? Anyone have any ideas on this topic?
As a lowly home amateur, I'm grateful for all you experts out there . . .
. . And jealous of all your success with these beauties!
TIA
