I got a number of perennial seed packets when they were marked down at our
local k-mart this summer. If I prepare my bed and plant the seeds now, will
I get good results and have flowers next year. I can't remember all the
flowers I bought off hand, but some are the type that bloom their second
year. Is it too late to plant them or do they perfer spring planting. I am
in Central PA, which is zone 5 or 6, I think.
