You computer experts explain this to me, please. When Connie sent that
information on saving seeds, why did my Netscape automatically start
dialing my internet service provider and connect me up again?? I don't
have an "unlimited" account and usually I connect just for a short
period of time, just long enough to download my e-mail, and then I
disconnect to read it off-line. I would rather not get attatchments
which re-connect me again.
