Try the Consolida ambigua 'Blue Cloud' and 'White Cloud' seeds. Either sow
in situ, or try this method---- sow seeds in a good amount of moist media in
a plastic bag. refrigerate for 3 weeks or so. Then sprinkle this mix where
you want the plants.- remember that Larkspur need dark to germinate, so you
might want to sprinkle a bit more media or soil over the seeds
