Hello Rick,
All the display beds for the nursery are on the east side of the house
with a woods and hill on the other side. My seedling and holding area is
also on the east side of the garage and again with trees to the side and end
of the area. Most of our weather comes from the west. My plants are mostly
shade plants, so they need the tress which also happens to afford a bit of
protection come winter. Not a whole lot, but some.
I fill in and around my #202 pots with cypress mulch. Not over, not
under.... just all around. When the 2000 web sit goes up there will be
photos showing the seedling and display area. That will not be for a while,
however.
