I am further north than you and while, we've had a drought, we have had
rain off and on to sort of keep things going. Also I do water. The
plants don;t look all that great now, but this is usually when they fizzle
out. Mine start around the end of May or into June (don't exactly
remember when) and go until now. I do nothing what so ever for them
except water when I notice that things are looking wilted from lack of rain.
