WOW! Thanks for the pix Paul - seeing your outstanding Pulmonaria was exactly
what the doctor ordered. Were both P. shots 'Paul Aden'? I thought the first
one might be Excalibur which for me dropped dead across the board. Not one
made it past mid-July even in the shade. 'David Ward' 'Mrs. Moon' 'Roy
Davidson' 'Raspberry Splash' and 'Sissinghurst White' are all fine (though
not as impressive as yours)! I've noticed that all the Excaliburs in
the local nurseries are also dead or dying -- do you think they're allergic
to North Carolina heat/humidity? Was the Tiarella
(2nd link) 'Ninja'? It looked a lot like a Heuchera - which are doing well
here for me but again nothing as lush as yours. What about the pink/lilac
blossoms in the background? Where in this wonderful world of garden hardiness
zones are you?
Thanks again -- am looking forward to tomorrow's show!
