hummingbirds/insects

I've been gone for a few days and just had to chime in on the
hummingbird thread. The hummers in my yard love the Heuchera - all
shades and colors. They also love my ancient mist sprinkler (someone
mentioned seeing a hummingbird attracted to water?) - they hover in it
(4 or 5 at a time some days) - it's quite a sight.

I, too, have seen many new and interesting insects and caterpillars in
my yard this year. I've got bright orange aphids of some sort clustered
all over the stems of one of my asclepias tuberosa, but are nowhere to
be seen on the much larger plant of the same genus - go figure. And
I've had at least a dozen monarch butterfly caterpillars eat, mature,
and pupate on the same plant . . . the kids love *my* bugs.

Someone mentioned a large, beelike, thing with 4 sets of wings - could
it be the hummingbird moth? I've included some links to see if you can
identify it.
