Margaret, I'm sorry I'm not familiar with Mealybug scale, is it like other
scale? Other than some Spider Plants in the GH, scale hasn't been a
problem for me. The solution for the Spider plants was to toss them.
Funny, I've had Spider plants in the house for years without scale, but not
out there!
