Hello Donna & Gang.....
OK... lets go for Saturday, May 18th.
We are not THAT big here that it would take two days to make the visit.
Normal time is 2 to 3 hours when gardeners make appointments. Just figured
you guys would want an opportunity to meet each other, do a bit of hanging
out, talk gardening. I will provide the backdrop for the get together.
Anyone want to do dinner together that evening? Three star cafe' within
a mile of here. I will make the reservations. Also, as we go I can assist in
accommodations. The nearest town of any size if Corydon, IN... about 17
miles from me off I 64. To give you some concept of where we are
located..... we are 32 miles north and west of Louisville, KY.
One day trip form your neck of the woods to here and then back I would
not attempt.... one way drive would be around 5 1/2 to 6 hours travel time
from Chicago.
We can talk more on the subject. Just know that all are welcome and we
will do our best to see that you feel welcome when you get here.
Meanwhile, I am out of here until after Christmas.... busy, busy and ho,
ho, ho to all.....
