I ordered it directly from Timber Press a couple weeks ago and it is on
backorder--says it hasn't been published yet. I wonder if the NYTimes article
was based on bound galleys or something sent to the reviewer; the other books
I ordered from them, including the new shade perennials book, have already
arrived.
