I might try that-but right now I have problems with raspberries in my
Peonies.
I am not so concerned about the Horseradish because it is in a raised bed and
every few years I remove all the soil in that bed and replace it with new
soil. Were the Horseradish is growing I think I will have to put down a good
grade of landscape cloth next time I replace the soil?
I am reminded of a story I was toiled this year by another vendor at the
farmers market - He was shredding up compost to put out on one of his fields
and by accident some horseradish went into the shredder. He commented that
he had 1/2 acre of small horseradish plants. Since he is an organic grower
he said that field would be horse radish for a long time.
