Seed is short viable do not store dry, so sow right away, a cold moist 
stratification will cause the seeds to germinate.  You can sow them in a 
plastic bag with some damp news paper and put them in the fridge-were they 
will start to germinate in a few months.  Or sow outside for germination next 
spring.
