RE: Organic Gardening Magazine now magazines

-------
Oops- had to resend this..... put the dreaded word in the wrong
place.... sorry Chris...
-----

Since I started gardening later in life, personally bought tons of
magazines to begin with. Now via the net and all you wonderful people, I
don't 'subsc' too many. I changed, not the magazines. Now I want to know
all about the plants, not just a name and glossy picture :) Well I still
like the glossy pictures ....

Around here we do have a regional magazine called Chicagoland Gardening.
I prefer it to others. What is shown does grow here.:) It has gone thru
some editor changes, each with their own style. They do have a calendar
of events in the back. They offer free space to local non-profit groups.
They are trying, but do not include as much detail as I would like to
see. I hope they make it, but noticed it is no longer at some local
stores anymore:(

Merry Christmas to all!
Donna
Where it is a White Christmas.. about 5 inches total which started to
arrive a 4 p.m. Christmas eve and continued to this morning.... talk
about timing:)

P.S. Claire, you be careful there... 20 inches? Yipes!
