Evonne, the only one I know of is HortIdeas, which has an email version
of their magazine. You can look at it and request sample issues at
http://www.pagestore.com/ideas/hi-index.htm and the address to request
subscription instructions is gwill@mis.net

A friend of mine wants to give me a subscription to an on-line garden
magazine for Christmas. I'm not familiar with any, though I know there are
