 You can go to this page and sign up for a seed exchange mailing list.
It has about 60 members, but it seems no one wants to actually post to
it. If you want to join come on over and show everyone there how seed
exchanges work.
 I have traded with a few people, but it is like pulling teeth getting
people out of lurk mode.
