Do you have any experience with blackberries?  You talk as if it is 
one bush you want to plant.  From that, I assume you don't expect to 
harvest fruit to eat except a few berries.  If you are going to plant 
only one, then there shouldn't be any trouble with the blackberry's 
spreading ways.  If you buy, say, 6 plants, then be prepared to 
keep them in bounds.  They send out underground runners and pop 
up sometimes quite far from mother.  When I bought my place and 
moved here a year ago, the previous owner had planted 4 in a 
raised bed.  I transplanted them to an area near the perimeter 
fence, but a few shoots are still popping up in the grass surrounding 
the bed.  I've dug down deeply twice and removed all the roots I 
could find in the bed, but still they persist outside the raised bed.
I've been digging up those shoots and now have blackberry 
landscaping inside my wooden privacy fence.

I've never bought from Miller, in answer to your other question.
