Hi Sue
Well I began jamming :~) in June when I was on a two week vacation at home
beach.
I made Peach (with native peaches-I am salivating already), Peach/Blueberry,
Apricot/Pineapple, Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry/Rhubarb. This year, I
want to make more of the above and anything else new. I made all the above
without Pectin.
I will gladly share any recipes that I have. Let me know and will send back
channel.
