I have used Round-up in the spray bottle before, especially when it is a
particularly tough weed that keeps coming back, like burdock. However, I
have taken a milk jug and cut the bottom and the top off, placed the
narrower end around the undesired weed and sprayed through the wider end
using the jug as a funnel for the spray, thereby keeping any drift or
dripping spray off of neighboring plants. It works quite nicely!
