I have cross vine growing on an arch made out of wood lattice,it is
perennial and humming birds really love it,is a fast grower,and mine has had
green leaves all winter,also i have a climbing hydranger,can't say to much
for it yet i just got it last fall,also have honeysuckle,five leaf
akebia,carolina jasmine,clemitis,and if you want something to really get up
and go, try wisteria,althou it may be to heavy for what you need it for,or
you can alway's keep it pruned??? i have to prune mine or it get's comptley
out of hand.
Not sure how many of these will live in your zone.I am in zone 7.
