Donna,
buy the bulbs and tubers, but I've been told to stay away from the
perennials. And only buy them if you are not sensitive to exact varieties.
Some others on another e-mail forum expressed concern that most Dutch bulb
suppliers are notorious about substituting similar bulbs for those named in
the catalog.
Otherwise, you can get some good deals from there. I've been pleased with
what I've ordered, but I've only ordered things like cannas, dahlias, and
lilies.
