Hi Everybody,
I have been having big time problems with my ISP and am only able to send &
receive email once a day :( (which has made me rather testy). So it was
with great anticipation that I was able to connect and download my email
this a.m. The first thing I read was Keith's letter and I have had such a
good laugh (at your expense I'm afraid Keith). I can't remember the last
time an email made me "guffaw & snork" until the tears were running. Thank
you for getting my day off to such a hilarious start.
Since I live in the heart of the city, deer are not a problem for me, but
they definitely are for the suburbs surrounding the city and the countryside
beyond. Deer are the #1 pests (for gardeners) all over the country
according to our local extension agent. He says the only long term
effective repellent is electric fence. I wonder why the massive herds are
so well protected and the hunting season so short?
