Paul, you're right. I forgot about these varmints when I mentioned deer and
bunnies. Here we call woodchucks "groundhogs", but they're a lot bigger than
the cute little destructive prairie groundhogs--raccoon size or even slightly
larger. Some of them had burrowed up into a shed here and defeated all
efforts of the professional trapper. We solved the problem, permanently I
hope, but covering that shed floor with 6 tons of gravel.
