I guess "early" depends a lot on where you are, Marge. When I left
Staffordshire a week and a half ago there were crocus starting to open.
Unfortunately it snowed Saturday night when I returned and it hasn't melted
off yet, so I can't say how the crocus are doing right now.

USDA 4 or whatever it is in the Midlands, depending on which day of the week
it is.
