Actually, I saw something neat in the Plant Delights catalog - a vining
asparagus.  Super hardy (Zone 3) and covered in red berries.  I may have to
go for it - just too neat, but that means finding a place for to wander  -
over the hemlock maybe?

The squirrels  moved some scarlet runner bean seed last spring and they
ended up covering my zebra grass - WILD!
