Judy, In my experience, Streptocarpus need to rest for awhile and they will
resume blooming when they feel like it! I grow 6 different colors and they
are spending the winter with my other Gesneriads, inside under lights 16
hrs. day, but only 1 color is blooming. It just doesn't' seem to know when
to stop.

I have a lot of streptocarpus plants I brought in from outside in the fall
and put under lights in my basement. They are all growing beautifully, but
none are blooming. They are getting 13 hours of light a day--is there
something I can do to nudge them into blooming?
