My grandma has
had a gas plant for years in her part shade/dappled shade. About 5 years
ago she wanted it moved, something we knew they don't like, be we did it
anyway. It took a lot of work to dig so deep and I'm sure we lost a lot of
roots, but today it's looking good in its new spot in the garden,
another area of part shade. Her soil is on the sandy side.
I don't know how much different it would look if it were growing in more
sun.
