RE: dictamnus

No not really, more like dappled sun/shade.  The poor things have been
overshadowed by some very tall perennials and so as the season wears on, the
Dictamnus get less and less sun & water.  In spite of this they hold their
own.  I'd move them, but I'm afraid I'd kill them.  Mine are blue and I have
two sizes, 6" & ~ 3 ft.
