Well, of course, here in Wisconsin, they always blame the price fluctuations on the fact that we use "reformulated gas", supposedly to reduce air pollution. One formula for winter and one for summer (well, what we jokingly call "summer"). There always seems to be a shortage of the correct type, as if they didn't know that the next season was coming.
