Hi Matt,
It's Gaura lindheimeri, native to US southwest, hardy to -20C, likes sharp
drainage, quite drought resistant,full sun, flowers from June to Oct. for
me Z8, ht. to 3 ft x 3 ft. max., self sows, never spectacular - always a
delight, everyone should have one. Needless to say, one of my favorites.
