Campanula

Hi everyone,  I'm new to this list, but not new to the world of perennials.
I have an ongoing collection of Campanulas and am looking for one in
particular.  
        At the Seattle Flower Show last week, one of the garden displays had
a tall stemmed Campanula with bright cobalt blue horizontal bells that had
everyone ooohing and ahhhing, identified as C. 'Kent Belle'.  Does anyone
know of a source for this beautiful plant?  I get dozens of seed catalogs
and it is not listed in any of them, but I would rather purchase a plant or
2 or 3 anyway and then do cuttings for a substantial clump.
        Any suggestions of where to hunt will be most appreciated!
