Thank you everyone for all the great information concerning the Campanula I
am searching for. I really appreciate it %^). I now have several options of
how to obtain it. The brochure I picked up at the Seattle flower show that
had this gorgeous plant listed calls it Campanula 'Kent Belle' but evidently
some sources are listing it as C.'Kent Bells'. It is described as "Hardy to
zone 5-6. Stately decorative bell shaped flowers burst forward from stout
stems. Huge, 3-4" cupshaped, rich violet blooms in July-August. Size: 60
in x 24 in". I would agree with that description except I would call the
color cobalt blue rather than violet. But we all "see" colors a little
differently. The flowers are shaped like C. punctata but the overall plant
form is more like C. glomerata with the height of a C.lactiflora. What a
combo!!
