Hi Catherine,
I grew Perennial Sweet Peas from seed years ago and they still are growing up
a fence. The only problem with them is their limited colour range which is
pink and white. But they are beautiful when they are blooming. No problem to
germinating them, you can either start them inside in peat pellets or plant
them directly outside mid April (in Zone 5 in South Central Ontario where I
live anyways). Hope this is of some help to you.
