I had thot of that too.
no not hundreds, although I would love a big garden for therapy (my own).
:) my best find yesterday was going to Marvins and finding maybe 3qt size
USED planters for 99¢.
I thot hmm they are cheapies I wonder what they would charge me for this 3
gal.ish size?
I left with 10 of the larger ones and 5 smaller ones for nothing!!
they decided it was too much trouble to ring them up and mark them down!!!
Then being the ecclectic person I am I went to a BIG LOTS a local chain
misc buy out store and got 8 gal tubs with rope handles for $3.99! just
punch a few holes (my son is begging) and cheap containers for squash,
tomatos and peppers!!
I found some other pails and sturdy trash cans under $4 the rest I will
just wait til the price is right!!! sure it would be pleasent to have nice
esthetics but who can afford it??
my MG prez said I could actually just get a bag of potting soil, lay it on
its side cut a hole and plant right in the bag!!
I will have to try this at some point as well.
sorry no spell checker,
